Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using PlayVault ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App.

PlayVault is an offline music and video player that allows you to import, organize, and play audio and video files stored locally on your device. The App provides features including but not limited to:

PlayVault does not provide, host, or stream copyrighted music or video content. All media played in the App must be imported by you from files you have the right to use.

The App, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by GUOJIA ZHANG and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to media files you import into PlayVault. We do not claim ownership of, nor do we have access to, your imported content. All media files remain on your device and are not uploaded to any server.

6. No Account Required

PlayVault does not require you to create an account, register, or provide any personal information to use the App. All features are available immediately upon installation.

7. Age Requirements

PlayVault is rated 4+ on the App Store and is suitable for users of all ages. There is no age restriction for using the App.

8. Updates and Modifications

We may release updates to the App from time to time to improve functionality, fix bugs, or add features. You are encouraged to keep the App updated to the latest version. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall GUOJIA ZHANG be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. Upon deletion, all locally stored data associated with the App will be removed from your device.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish its objectives to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
